Effective date: 25 June 2026 Last updated: 25 June 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Mantix ("Mantix", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit our website at mantix.trade (the "Site"), create an account, complete our quiz, or otherwise use the Mantix automated trading software and related services (together, the "Service").

Data controller. The Service is operated by Mantix Group Ltd, a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17267871, with its registered office at 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, IP1 1RJ, United Kingdom (the "Company"). For any privacy matter you can contact us at privacy@mantix.trade.

By using the Service you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy. Where the law requires your consent (for example, for marketing or for non-essential cookies), we will ask for it separately, and you may withdraw it at any time.

2. Who this Policy applies to

This Policy applies to anyone who interacts with the Service, including Site visitors, registered users, people who submit our quiz, and participants in our referral program. The Service is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

3. Personal data we collect

3.1 Data you provide to us

  • Account data — your email address and a password (your password is stored only in hashed form; we never see it in plain text).
  • Profile and preferences — the subscription plan and strategy you select, the parameters you configure, your billing cycle, and language.
  • Quiz data — your answers to the quiz, the plan recommended to you, and the contact you leave with us (an email address or a Telegram username).
  • Communications — messages you send to our support team and your interactions with our Telegram bot.
  • Referral data — your referral code, the referrals attributed to you, and the payout details you provide (for example, an exchange account identifier or wallet used to receive referral payouts).

3.2 Exchange API credentials

When you connect a supported exchange (such as Binance, Bybit, OKX, Kraken, Coinbase, KuCoin, or Bitget), you provide an API key and secret generated in your exchange account.

  • We require that these credentials are created without withdrawal permission.
  • API secrets are encrypted and used solely to read your balances and to place and cancel orders according to the strategy and parameters you have selected.
  • We cannot and do not initiate withdrawals or move funds out of your exchange account. Your funds remain in your own account at all times.

3.3 Payment data

Payments are processed by one or more third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers. We receive and retain limited billing information such as your name, billing country, the last four digits of your card, your subscription and renewal status, and transaction identifiers.

3.4 Data we collect automatically

  • Usage and device data — your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, the pages and features you use, and the actions you take within the Service.
  • Analytics data — collected through tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and PostHog (which may include session replay). These tools may record interaction events and reconstruct page sessions to help us understand and improve the Service.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 4.
  • Approximate location — derived from your IP address.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies in the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function, for authentication, and for security. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics — help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
  • Marketing — used to measure and optimize campaigns and to attribute referrals and conversions.

Where required by law, non-essential cookies are set only after you give consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time via the cookie settings on the Site, and you can manage cookies through your browser settings.

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).
